Pros: Veldig fint og koselig hus. Stor og usjenert uteplass med stor plen. Flere bærbusker så man har kortreist dessert. Parkering utenfor huset.

Cons: Strømutgifter er ikke med i utleieprisen, så man får ettersendt faktura på avregning av strømbruk. Står i leieavtalen, men synes dette skulle vært inkludert i utleieprisen. Beliggenheten er noe avsidiges og det er langt til butikk. Man er nødt til å ha bil. I tillegg til den rengjøringen som utføres av gjester etter opphold, er det behov for nedvask av huset. Sengemadrasser var flekkete og skulle vært vasket. Sofaen var gammel og luktet innrøykt. Den var heller ikke så god å sitte i.
