Pros: Kurzer Weg zum Strand/ an die Nordsee. Schaukel, Rutsche, Sandkasten direkt im Garten. Ein Spielplatz war aber auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Sauna und der Pelletofen sorgten für Wohlbehagen.

Cons: Die Fenster sind sehr gut abgedichtet. Leider musste auch Nachts in den Schlafzimmern geheizt werden, ansonsten waren morgens sämtliche Fenster nass geschwitzt. Wir haben insbesondere bei den Kindern (4 Betten in einem Raum) nachts zusätzlich die Tür offen stehen lassen.
