Toll für Hundeliebhaber, die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen

Pros: Tolle Lage, Küche super ausgestattet, einfach und urig gemütlich, Betten und Wohnzimmermöbel sauber und sehr bequem, sehr hundefreundlich

Cons: Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte insbesondere von außen mal etwas frische Farbe, Türen und Fenster ließen sich tlw. Schwergängig öffnen/schließen, Fenster und Türen tlw. Stark verzogen, Wärme schnell verflogen, Terrassenbereiche sehr rutschig, viele Spinnweben, Spa-Badezimmer morgens häufig muffig (Abwassersystem?)
