Ruhige Lage mit viel Platz

Pros: + Tolle Alleinlage mit Blick auf den Fjord -> Ruhe + Großes Gelände mit viel Platz + Viele Extras u.a: Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, Grillhütte, Spiele-Halle, Sandkiste für die Kleinen

Cons: - Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen u.a.: -> Zugluft in den Fenstern bei Wind -> Trampolin halb kaputt -> 1 Billardtisch gar nicht mehr nutzbar -> Bäder ebenfalls etwas altmodisch - zusätzliche Kosten für Beamer und Stuhlauflagen (sofern man dies nutzen möchte) - die Beton-Halle (Tennisplatz/Trampolin) war nicht wirklich gereinigt und wirkte eher ungepflegt
