Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Garten und guter Lage

Pros: Das Haus war toll für einen Familienurlaub. Besonders der große Garten war phantastisch. Die Kinder konnten früh gleich raus. Das Meer und ein Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit vielen Dingen ausgestattet.

Cons: Teilweise haben sich zu viele Dinge angesammelt. Es ist etwas abgewohnt. Im Außenbereich sind kaputte Möbel und auch verrostete Möbel (die mal toll waren, aber deren Zeit vorbei ist). Diese würde wir entfernen, das verbessert den Eindruck. Die Küchenschränke haben wir erstmal alle sortiert und gereinigt, um ein besseres Gefühl für den Urlaub zu haben. Es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal Grund reinbringen. Die Terrasse ist voller Spinnweben. Der Holzboden tlw. kaputt (Splittergefahr).

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage, mit tollen Stränden in der Umgebung. Haus ist super ausgestattet, das Grundstück ist sehr groß und sehr gut für Familien geeignet.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattetes, gepflegtes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollem großen Garten und vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Naturnahe ruhige Umgebung.
