Practical Information

Outside of July, the beach hotel is mainly rented out to the school HF Cold Hawaii but it’s possible to rent rooms with their own entrances. The indoor facilities cannot be used, though, since they’re used by the school.

In July, the school is on summer vacation and all of the beach hotel can therefore be rented but the school is still visible throughout the beach hotel.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on your day of arrival.

Check-out must be done no later than 10:30 on your day of departure.

The reception is located on the sister hotel Klitmøller Hotel at Ørhagevej 150. In July, there’s also a reception at the beach hotel from 15:00-18:00.

Breakfast is served 08:00-10:00 at the sister hotel Klitmøller Hotel at Ørhagevej 150. Stays from October 1 to December 31 are without breakfast.

Dinner is available at Restaurant Niels Juel at the sister hotel Klitmøller Hotel at Ørhagevej 150 when the restaurant is open.

Quiet is requested on the rooms from 22:00-07:00.

Children under the age of three stay free of charge.

Dogs and cats are allowed on specific rooms, cost an additional DKK 200 extra per night, and needs to be arranged with us before arrival.

Cancellation must happen 31 days before arrival. Cancellation between 30 and four days before arrival is charged 50 % of the price of the stay. Cancellation three days or later before arrival is charged 100 % of the price of the stay.
